Hello!

I’m Tracy (she/her),

I have been on a lifelong journey to discover what my mission truly is. No matter what area I have worked in, I have found that my true joy comes from connecting with children and families and the very many dynamics that come with that.

I am an ECE II, Therapeutic Play Practitioner, Theraplay Informed Practitioner, Trauma Informed RYT 200, Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Accelerated Emotional Release Therapy Practitioner with training in many other areas including Glasser’s Reality Therapy, DIR FloorTime, Dance for All, SandTray, Puppets. I have over 25 years experience working with and building relationships with children of all ages and their families/guardians/educators/other therapeutic team members.

I use my training and experience to facilitate communication with children, foster their emotional wellness, increase their personal strengths, and enhance their social relationships. I work one on one with children, children and their parents/carers, as well as (any stage) foster/kinship/adoptive families in a play-based trauma informed playroom. I have experience and enjoy working with neurodiverse and neurotypical children.

I also have a one on one and group Trauma Informed Yoga practice, where I provide support and care as we integrate both gentle yoga in many of the 8 Limbs, and psychology from a trauma-informed perspective.

I am an advocate for inclusivity and welcome and invite LGBTQ2S+ and BIPOC individuals to experience a safe and accepting space within all areas of my practice.

I believe every child is a special and unique individual and comes from a set of distinctive and particular circumstances related to their growth and development. I provide a safe, flexible, adaptable, playful Therapeutic experience, and so look forward to building a positive relationship with each child, their parents/carers, and those in their support system.

“Toys are children’s words and play is their language.” Gary L. Landreth
